Did Cossy Orjiakor Really Go to an Office Dressed Like This? [PHOTO]

I had to read this Tweet from popular singer and Nollywood actress, Cossy Orjiakor about 6 times over to be sure that i was reading tyhe right thing because she made it clear in the Tweet that she was on her way to an office.

Naturally, there wouldn't have been anything wrong with that but when i saw the accompanying picture, my eyes almost popped out of their sockets and i'm still wondering is Cossy was for real on this one.
