Is This Man a Prostitute or Just Feeling Sexy? [PHOTO]

I have looked at this picture for about 12 times and i still can't decide if this man is a male prostitute or if he just felt sexy and decided to do a quick photo shoot in a toilet.

One thing i know for sure is that he's a man. Just one look at his fat lips and that much was crystal clear. However, that's as far as i could go before i got confused.
