Wasiu Hawkænlarworn: Is This Model an Idiot?

Hi all, i openly had to ask the question in the title of this post for two major reasons:

1. The model (a Facebook contact) in the picture above just branded me an idiot for a reason i still cannot fathom

2. To enlighten the model (whose Facebook username is Wasiu Hawkænlarworn) on who actually constitutes an idiot.

This all began with a short article i authored titled:

Asa's Namesake is a Porn Star [Viewer Discretion Advised] +10 Photos

From a glance, one cannot miss the warning, which of course prepares the minds of potential readers to be wary of the nature of the content contained therein.

Naturally, the article received quite an interesting number of clicks. After some time, i shared the post to my Timeline and decided to take a walk.

When i got back, i logged into my Facebook account and below was the comment Wasiu dropped beneath the post:

"Samad or whatever ur name is... you are an idiot!"

Perhaps, if Mr. Wasiu had bothered to explain his grievance, i might have had an idea what the problem was or why he chose to throw those lines at me.

Well, as you must have expected, i had to reply our Dear. Mr Wasiu and these were my words to him:

"Wasiu or whatever your name is... I was about to tell you that yours is a generation of idiots but i'll rather just hold back and wish u the very best in your angry world. Your hate and aggressive venom is almost infectious but i think i'll pass on this one.

A subtle line of complaint over whatever must have triggered this would have sufficed but since you chose to embrace uncultured expressions, i owe you no apologies whatsoever. Men like Wasiu Hawkænlarworn shall never get my respect (for obvious reasons). Surely, you must have an education i presume but obviously, you remain unrefined, crude and abysmally rude in your ways. Learn to embrace tact, diplomacy and peaceful dialogue and i'm more than certain that you'll find some inner peace. For now, i'll give you some quiet time to chat with your demons and spirits of discord. Do enjoy the rest of the day Wasiu (or whatever your name is - LMAO)."

Also, i wasn't too sure if the meaning of the word 'IDIOT' had changed since the last time i came across it in the dictionary. Perhaps, it is now used to describe Bloggers and Webmasters so i checked and this was how the 'Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary' defined it:

Idiot: (old fashioned, offensive) a person with very low intelligence who cannot think or behave normally.

Never in my adult life have such words been used to describe me and i'm wondering what to do next about Mr. Wasiu's case...

In the meantime, i ask again: Is this model an idiot or am i simply over reacting?
