Marcelo Becomes the First Brazilian to Score an Own Goal in the World Cup

Well, not a very good record but Brazilian left back, Marcelo has become the first Brazilian to score an own goal in the world cup.

As expected, the goal put Brazil on goal down.

The irony is that while Marcelo takes credit for scoring an own goal, he also takes credit for scoring the first goal in the 2014 edition of the World Cup.

As at the time of writing this, Neywar had pulled Brazil level with a stunning goal.
