Martel B Unveils Video for 'Badda Dan Dem'

Emerging Afrobeat and Afro Pop artiste, Martel B unveils the video for his latest single, 'Badda Dan Dem,' which is taken from his debut EP titled ‘Limited Edition’, and comes on the back of support from the likes of BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Edu, Capital Xtra’s DJ Abrantee and the MOBO Awards among others.
Produced by Malawian beatsmith and long-time collaborator Sean Focus, 'Badda Dan Dem' sees Martel B in flying form, with a captivating flow over the thumping drums-led musical backdrop.

On the visual side, the video was shot in a secret location in Woolwich Arsenal and adds further life to the 'Badda Dan Dem record, while highlighting Martel B’s charisma and commanding presence.

Emerging out of the UK music scene, Martel B has created his own individual and unique mark on the African Music landscape.

With a very distinctive style that sets him apart from other Afrobeat and Afro Pop singers, Martel B engrosses his listeners and attacks his records with clever wordplay, emotive lyrical dexterity and his trademark smooth vocals.

After performing at the world renowned Jazz Café earlier this year, Martel B has gone on to support Fuse ODG at LoveDough, as well as performing alongside Sound Sultan and May7ven while supporting 2Face on his recent UK tour.

His new Limited Edition EP also sees Martel B debut exciting collaborations with the likes of Tillaman, Mo Eazy and Moelogo to rave reviews from fans and critics.
