Samod Biobaku is worried over Lizzy Anjorin

Who is after Lizzy Anjorin?

Popular actress, Lizzy Anjorin is presently not having the best of time.

As a celebrity, many would expect the pretty actress to have had more then her fair share of happiness especially given recent developments in her life – the acquisition of a brand new Murano and the opening of a jewelry store, gift shop and boutique in Lagos.

However, the reverse appears to be the case for the fair-skinned actress. Rather than bask in the euphoria of stardom, the actress had had to contend with the unconfirmed media reports that constantly break the serenity of her progressive career.

She recently relived horrid details of how such reports came close to taking the life of the woman who brought her into this life; her mum.

In a chat with National LIFE, Anjorin lamented the unprofessional practice of journalists who derive pleasure from not confirming rumours before going to the press with one-sided stories. Such journalists, she explains have overtime proven to be clogs in the wheel of her progress save God’s intervention.

The latest in the series of reports was that, which recently claimed the actress was in a love tango with a fellow artiste.

No longer able to condone what she termed ‘defamatory remarks’ on her personality, Anjorin, she has made it clear that the media has over the year, made her life a living hell.

Like a double-edged sword, the same qualities that have brought her fame and recognition in the Nigerian entertainment industry have turned around to haunt her.

Within a very short space of time, the actress rode high into the clouds of success with several glaring monuments to show for her creative crusade but as earlier noted, these came at a very expensive price.

Like most actresses and celebrities in her class, Anjorin has had her fair share of achievements and but has been unable to shake off some of the demons from her past; in the forms of scandals and controversies that once threatened to destroy an empire she struggled and toiled hard to build.
