Brown Shuga, Out with Two New Singles

Riding on the production skills of rising music producer, Tekno, budding singer, Brown Shuga has released two new singles.

Brown Shuga (born Aliu Oshiomale) recently shot the video (directed by Patrick Elis) to one of his songs titled In My, which features Tekno and Have Mercy.

He is currently signed to Blaque Ox County Records, with 3 singles enjoying healthy rotation on the broadcast media and staying confident of how far he can go with over 50 recorded and unreleased materials. Addicted to good beats and dropping freestyles, his debut album, Stories Untold is in the works and has been scheduled for a 2014 release.

He bagged an award for Peace in Kaduna by NF Nollywood on the strength of his song Gang War [One Love] and his record company has plans to have a video premiere in Abuja and Lagos before the video officially hits the screens.

Brown Shuga who was born on December 23 in the 1980s hails from Edo state. He is an undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering at Auchi Polytechnic.

He started music at the age of 10 with a strong influence of Reggae music and was inspired by the likes of the Bob Marley, Sizzla Kolanji, Buju Banton, Chaka Demus & Pliers, Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Vybz Kartel, 2Face Idibia, Blackface Naija and a few othes.

On the Nigerian scene, he looks forward to working with Ice Prince, M.I, 2Face and Blackface Naija, while he has his sighted cast on Beenie Man, Vybz Kartel and Sean Paul on the international scene. Having had collaborations with the likes of Pupayanis, Pherowshuz, Terry tha Rapman and Tekno, Brown Shuga has been privileged to perform at notable events like Wave Ur Banner, organised by Brilla FM, Abuja All-Star show at the Maitama Amusement Park and a Home-Coming concert held in his honour at Auchi some months back.
