Despite his failure to release another album (after his Mushin 2 MoHits success), talented singer, Wande Coal appears to be basking in the euphoria of joining the league of top artistes, actors, actresses and other celebrities who have relocated the Island in Lagos.

A source recently squealed to National LIFE that the singer has moved out of the MoHits residence in Maryland, Ikeja to a new apartment in 1004 Flats, Victoria Island in Lagos.

We also gathered that Wande Coal’s new apartment is not too much of a distance from that of his MoHits Record Label mate, Dr. Sid.

Presently working on his second album, the singer is said to be enjoying his contract with the same label that produced award winning singer, D’banj contrary to rumours making the rounds that he was on his way out of the label.

The Maryland apartment is presently occupied by Don Jazzy’s brother, D’Prince who also doubles as Wande Coal’s label mate and we learnt he shuttles between the residence and D’banj and Don Jazzy’s Lekki Phase 1 apartment.

Details of how much it cost Wande Coal to complete this relocation remain sketchy but finding reveal that he might have coughed out millions of Naira to secure the place.
