Given his musical heritage, it hardly comes as a surprise whenever one finds Nigeria’s Afro Beat prodigy, Seun Kuti on or off stage with marijuana.

For the young Kuti, this is one item that comes with the terrain and his father’s antecedence with the substance remains an integral chapter of the Kuti history.

Interestingly, Kuti recently caused a mild star online when he shared details of his theatrics while puffing marijuana in far- away Amsterdam.

While reminiscing on his Facebook wall, Seun Kuti recently wrote: “I am in Amsterdam… Abeg! Don’t be jealous of me o. I just asked a cop for a lighter for my ‘Igbo (marijuana)’ in the square and he obliged. Isn’t this the best place ever?”
