Can Goldie win Big Brother Africa’s $300, 000 prize?
The inclusion of seven celebrity housemates; especially Nigeria's pop music star, Goldie in this year's edition of popular reality TV show, Big Brother Africa has been met with mixed reactions by fans across the world.
However, on a general note, the development has raised the tempo of the show in the eyes of viewers of the popular reality TV show. The inclusion of the 7 celebrity housemates was recently announced by organisers of the show barely 24 hours after images of the newly designed BBA house hit the web.

They are 22-year-old entertainer and stand-up comedian, DKB, from Ghana; 32-year-old talented rap icon, Prezzo, from Kenya; 25-year-old award-winning songstress, Lady May, from Namibia, 28-year-old dramatic pop music sensation, Goldie, from Nigeria and socialite, model and businesswoman, 34-year-old Barbz from South Africa.

For now, the names and ages of the celebrities are all that Big Brother has revealed. How they will play the game or fit into the doubles theme, still remains to be seen.
With a $300,000 winning prize on the table and a new format that sees contestants doubling up to play, the 91-day super-series already promises to be exciting.
Commenting on the series, M-Net Africa Managing Director, Biola Alabi, stated that she was pleased with the response it was getting.
“It’s super to see the high-level of interaction STARGAME is getting from fans, media and viewers. The guessing around who the housemates will be; people trying to work out what Biggie is planning; the rumors and the speculation,”she stated.
