Oh yes! He was - Nigeria's former president, Olusegun Obasanjo joined Nigerian celevrities, loved ones and family members who attended the wedding ceremony of popular rapper, Naeto C.
Naeto C’s mother, Kema Chikwe was appointed Minister of Transport, and then of Aviation by Obasanjo, holding office until May 2003.

Family sources revealed that the retired general and Kema Chikwe have been good friends for many years.

Kema Chikwe was also appointed Nigeria’s ambassador to the Republic of Ireland in 2008.
