Jonathan, Govs, Tinubu Mourn Mills

President Goodluck Jonathan has expressed deep shock over the death of Ghanaian President John Mills.
Mills died in hospital in Accra on Tuesday of throat cancer.

In his condolence message, Jonathan sympathised with Ghanaians over the passing of their 68-year-old President.

Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola; his Ekiti State counterpart, Kayode Fayemi; the National Assembly; and former Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu also mourned Mills’ death.

In a statement  by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, Jonathan said he hoped that the excellent  relationship which existed between Nigeria and Ghana during Mill’s tenure would continue.
