SImply Samad SPEAKS to Different Folks

You would be amazed at how diverse cultures of the world could get and perhaps, further stunned by how much cultural practices vary from one part of the world to another.

For instance, while it is culturally acceptable for a man to have more than one wife (polygamy), such practices are far from being welcome in other parts of the world.

In the midst of all these differences, we at Simply Samad hereby use this medium to appeal to individuals in the world today who have embraced violence and killings as a way out resolving differences.

As hard as it might seem, peaceful resolution is not impossible and we would particularly urge everyone to cast our minds to the number of innocent lives that pay the price of crimes they have absolutely nothing to do with.

Different countries have different issues to deal with but we appeal to warring parties to consider the plight of children going to school, pregnant women going to the clinics, hardworking young men, fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins and innocent individuals who go around trying to survive the difficulties imposed on them by a corrupt government.

It is not their faults that leaders of these countries have gone corrupt and have failed in virtually every sector; even in the provision of electricity despite the wealth of resources available to them. Yet, it is my innocent brothers, sisters and little children who pay the price. Their lives extinguished by the blast of an explosive or the bullets from sects if the society who have since picked up arms.

Our countries have a problem but we can make this work. Yes we can especially if we believe that is is time to make love and not war.
