"I Am Vomiting Blood" - Karen Igho

I just saw a Tweet from Karen Igho, which read: "I am vomiting blood" and except this is a prank, then it's really something to worry about.

I decided to follow up on the Tweet and the next Tweet from her a few minutes after was what I posted a while ago when she had said: "I don't wanna die now."

I know that to be ill is one thing but to vomit blood is a health condition and symptom that should not be taken lightly so, we wish Karen Igho a speedy recovery from whatever ailment or heath condition she has been diagnosed with and urge her to stay strong.
