A 120-year-old Herbalist Just Sent Me This Mail

I was just breezing through my e-mail; responding to queries and replying others when i saw this mail from a 120-year-old herbalist who identified himself as 'Herbalist Ifagbemi.'

First i had a very good laugh and then i sat down and read through the mail where the herbalist stated that he had 85 years of experience and then went on to list illnesses, ailments and problems he could solve - believe me, it was one hell of a list (very long indeed).

Below is the mail and let me quickly add that at the end of the mail, the herbalist noted that he was expecting my feedback. Do you think i should reply? If yes, what should i write?
