Actors Guild of Nigeria - A House of Commotion

Barely 24 hours ago, veteran Nollywood actress and former beauty queen, Ibinabo Fiberisima was widely announced as the new President, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) but guess what? The same AGN has come out to state that Ibinabo is not its new president.

In a very dramatic twist, the AGN has just declared EMeka Rollas as the new president and guess the factor the association cited? The AGN claimed its outgoing President, Segun Arinze made the election difficult and complicated.

To cut the long story short, Emeka Rollas has been announced as the official President of the AGN; in sharp contrast to a story we published here yesterday about Fiberisima emerging president.

Personally, i often avoid anything that has to do with the AGN and that's mainly because of the fact that the association has over the years become synonymous with crisis and controversies; the most notorious of which is having parallel presidents in one single association.

This might as well be the last time i'm going to write about any further controversy in the AGN - all i wanted to let you know was that Emeka Rollas has been declared the AGN's new president.
