Can This Man Ever Have a Dashing Smile?

If you look closely at the man in this picture, then you must have noticed why i asked the question. I'm 98% certain that he was born with a white set of teeth so where did he go wrong because clearly, all is not well with his dentition.

Again, i ask: Can he ever flash a dashing smile again; the kind of smile one would expect from a Denzel Washington or a 50 Cent?
