Davido Acquires N140 Million Home in Lagos

A source just squealed to me that rising singer, Davido has acquired a Lekki Phase 1 property, which has been valued at N140 million.

The property was listed on the market for sale at that amount but whether the singer eventually coughed out that precise amount or not remains sketchy.

We also gathered that the payment and paperwork for Davido's new home was wrapped up less than 72 hours ago and interestingly, the property isn't too far off from his father's Lekki residence.

I guess this is the point where we roll out the cigars and congratulate the 20-year-old singer on his latest acquisition.
