Now that the Lagos State government has decided to openly wage war against smokers, how far do you think the Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola led administration can go with this?
Do you think this would just become another failed policy or does it really have the potential to become effective?
If you're one of those in the habit of strolling on the streets with a cigarette hanging out of your mouth, i guess you now have something to worry about.
These guys need not worry since there are electronic cigarettes in the market. They can still have the feeling of a hanging cig in their lips without being caught or fined.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds comforting Marie but have u considered the cost of electronic cigarettes. I doubt if majority of smokers would be able to afford it. Many more r probably not even aware of it.
