If you're familiar with the Nigerian music scene, then you should be aware that for some time now, the duo of music sensation, Davido and fellow rising singer, Wizkid have constantly fanned the ember of discord; with reports of their beef stringing out series of headlines in the social media circle.

All that is about to change if Davido's recent Tweet is to be taken seriously.

The 'Overseas' crooner recently Tweeted about a joint musical effort between himself and Wizkid. After a while, Wizkid re-tweeted Davido's previous tweet about the collaboration.

For those who have relished the hype that their rumoured beef has created, they have to leave these two and seek out a new musical rivalry elsewhere.

The forthcoming song done by Davido and Wizkid is expected to drop before the end of 2012.
