Air-Conditioned Trains in Nigeria by 2013

Hi guys! Have you heard about what the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) is planning to do? Guess what? The corporation has revealed plans to introduce air-conditioned trains into the country by 2013.

What do you think would be the outcome of such a revelation? Should we commence jubilation and dancing? Should we weep for the nation or shall we simply keep our fingers crossed.
