Breaking News! EFCC Re-arrests Police Pension Fund Boss Over N23 Billion Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arrested the former Head, Police Pension Board, Yakubu Yusuf, who admittedly embezzled N23billion police pension fund today to face a fresh charges.

An Abuja High Court had earlier sentenced Yusuf to two years in prison.

He had earlier pleaded guilty to the embezzlement of N23.3 billion and was to forfeit property valued at N325 million.

He was given an option of N250 thousand to avoid the jail sentence.
