Katy Perry Launches Her New Perfume 'Killer Queen'

Katy Perry is used to the sweet smell of success, but her outfit to promote her new scent was a bit of stinker.
On Thursday she launched her fragrance Killer Queen at Douglass store in Berlin, Germany.

While the singer showcased the scent, she also showed off a rather eclectic look which looked like a bizarre mash-up of Heidi and Wednesday Addams.

Dressed in a uniform like black and red tartan pleated skirt with a matching jacket by alice + olivia, Katy went down the naughty schoolgirl route with over the knee socks.

She finished off her look with some black shoes, her hair tied in plaits over her scalp and some gothic make-up.

Perry looked confident in the get-up despite looking like an overgrown version of Wednesday from the Addams Family, as she smiled for the cameras, showing off her co-ordinating red lips.

The singer was excited to launch her new fragrance, named after the Queen song of the same name.
She tweeted: 'Berliners! Meet me at 5pm TODAY at the Douglas Store at Tauentzienstrasse for my #KILLERQUEEN Perfume launch & sig.'

Katy proudly made sure everyone got to see the new perfume bottle, which was also in a red colour.
She held it up while showcasing her black nail polish and posed in front of the special Killer Queen Katy Perry sign.

After she'd completed the photo call she jumped on the back of a motorbike on the red carpet waiting outside.

While her schedule is usually jam packed, Katy has had a particularly busy week.

The Roar singer showed up at the annual music event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena with her hair tied up in a bow on her head with the loops looking like ears, drawing comparisons with Minnie Mouse.

Katy was just one of a host of stars lined up to attend and perform at the annual two-day music festival, hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
