How Brain and Friends Stormed the Ancient City of Ibadan
The ancient city of Ibadan recently came alive with music and
entertainment as Playmode and Magikal Entertainment stormed top notch Clubs,
Lounges and Media Houses with a Club Tour tagged IB Invasion - Brain and Friends Club Tour.
IB Invasion was headlined by Brain alongside his artiste friends
such as Mr. Vyne, Taleen and Litmus party with fans and friends was a 4-day
massive club experience, which was hosted by Club GQ on Wednesday, Options 247
on Thursday, Topside Lounge on Friday and Club E3 on Saturday.
The event featured special guest appearances such as Peteru,
Gabriel Afolayan, Tu Whyza, Tblack, DJ Charlie Shee, Sunkanmi Omobolanle, Demmy
Blaze, Ola Ijaduade plus lots of other surprise guests.
Magikal Entertainment flagship artiste, BRAIN is a fast rising
super talent who made his entry into the Nigerian music scene with his
debut single So Crazy early this year which was well accepted and followed up
with a freestyle cover of DJ Khaled All I do is Win, later came through with
Lubadi a fast tempo song that is already becoming
the toast of nite clubs as it's now much of party anthem with the club DJs and
consolidated his growing popularity with his newly released debut video for the
song Watchu Looking At. The video was
shot by Naija first choice video director Matt Max with over 100,000 downloads and
now dominating the airwaves since it debuted barely 3 weeks ago.
According to Playmode CEO, Salam Damola, "The tour was born
out of my passion for entertainment and showbiz, and zeal to start the
revolution we want to see in the music industry by promoting young acts who we
see has great potentials. Brain, Mr. Vyne, Litmus and Taleen are young talents
I see with great future in the Nigerian Hiphop scene. We worked very hard on
leaving our Ibadan people with an unforgettable experience" he said.
