BRAIN sings for Nelson Mandela as he drops new single

Fast rising Nigerian Hip Hop act, BRAIN is not resting on his oars just yet as he drops another single, his second within 15 days. The new single titled “The Bridge” is a tribute song to the late former South African president, Dr. Nelson Mandela.

Flipping his style this time around, BRAIN drops some conscious and melodious rhymes on a reggae beat produced by Mr. Vyne.

Speaking on his reasons for making a tribute song to honour the late African legend, BRAIN says, “It’s a privilege to sing about Madiba whom everyone has a great respect for globally. I decided to sing about his virtues and what he stands for, which are: peace, love, equality, unity among others in “The Bridge”. Dr. Mandela’s death is a wake-up call to African leaders to make sure that there’s peace and unity among Africans. Africa is plaque by bad leadership and I’m using this song to call on all African leaders and her citizens to imbibe the good qualities of Madiba,” he stated.

“The Bridge” is mixed and mastered by Seanz Beat.

It will be of note that BRAIN, whose profile and visibility is steadily on the rise dropped an HIV/AIDS Awareness song - “Raincoat” on December 1st, 2013, and the song got rave review and commendations.
Interestingly, talented singer, GT Tha Guitarman also dedicated a brand new single to fallen ison and he titled this song 'Spirit of Madeba.'
