Between Davido and Angry Fans

The fact that rave singer and brand ambassador, Davido was born with a silver spoon will hardly make any serious news headline given his financial heritage and that explained why some of his teeming fans recently went into an angry fit following an image the singer poster on his Instagram page.
The picture alone did not draw the ire of his fans. Rather, what got a good number of them upset was the message that accompanied the image.

Without mincing words, Davido made it clear that three years ago (2011), he did not own a car.
As expected, the image and its caption drew mixed reactions but an overwhelming number of fans stated that they felt insulted by such a remark coming from the son of a billionaire.

While some called him an outright liar, others punctured his claim by making reference to an Audi Q7 he allegedly owned over three years ago.

"Go and sit down. Who are you fooling? A whole Adeleke's son? What point are you trying to prove by lying?" asked some of his fans."

In the midst of all these, Davido stuck to his story and didn't move an inch.
