Scenes from premiere of ‘Being Mrs. Elliot’

The world premiere of Omoni Oboli’s directorial debut, 'Being Mrs Elliot,' was staged barely a month ago at the NollywoodWeek Paris film festival.

The movie was the opening film of the festival, which took place at the Cinema l’Arlequin in Paris and the 500-seat theatre was completely sold out for the premiere of the movie.

Prominent personalities at the premiere include Omoni Oboli, Rita Dominic, OC Ukeje, Chris Attoh, Ashionye Michelle Raccah, Michelle Bello, and Tope Oshin Ogun. Also at the premiere were Chidi Momah (General Manager, Government Relations and Communications, Total E & P), Olajumoke Adenowo (Principal Partner, AD Consulting Ltd),  Ifeyinwa Ighodalo (CEO, DO.II Designs), Opunimi Akinkugbe (CEO, Bestman Games), Tara Fela-Durotoye (CEO, House of Tara International), and Keita Sedou Cheick (President and Founder, CIDIGA).

'Being Mrs Elliot' was directed by Omoni Oboli, and stars Majid Michel, Ayo Richard Makun (AY), and Omoni Oboli herself.

It is scheduled to be released in August 2014.
