Romeo debuts 'Booty Near You'

'Booty Near You' is the first single from Now Muzik artiste, Romeo. With relatable lyrics, metaphors and brilliant word play, the song is in appreciation of the unique figure of the African woman.

The single is a production of Now Muzik’s in house producer Spyke. The beat is set to take Hip Hop music back to the club scene which has been dominated by pop music in recent times.

As a singer and a rapper, Romeo’s unique vocal texture in Booty Near You is sure to keep good music lovers on their feet.

Onitsha born Ugwudike Romeo was raised in the entertainment city of Lagos and having participated in several talent shows got his big break when, along with Crystal Band, won the Nigerian Breweries Limited organised event, Star Quest.

The band recorded an album, Elevated, in 2012 under the aegis of Now Muzik.

However, the young and energetic artiste decided to pursue a solo career which has produced this single.
Romeo is also a member of the Loos Kollectiv, a hip hop ensemble with an affiliation to Now Muzik, their first single Take Over was released last week to great reception.

Now Muzik is home to other great and talented artistes like 2face, Tony Oneweek, Naeto C, Rocksteady, RIghteousman, Efa, K Slim, and Loos Kollectiv.
