Back from a DaGrin duet, Dejhavu returns with ‘Lovely’

Dejhavu is easily recognised as a one half of former Bariga duo, Kode and their exciting 2009 collaboration with the late Dagrin titled ‘Where Dem Dey’ and to mark his return to music, he drops a fresh single titled ‘Lovely.’

Highly rated upon their debut, the duo collaborated with the likes of Pope, Dokta Frabz, Spellz, Klever Jay and Indomix among others.

Shortly after releasing a debut album as part of Kode, Dejhavu stepped back out of the music circle to further his education. Now, armed with two Bachelor’s Degrees from Nigeria (University of Lagos) and Finland (Vaasa University of Applied Sciences) in his kitty, Dejhavu has made it clear that he is indeed back.
His new track, ‘Lovely’ was produced by Shabach and Frankeys.

‘Lovely’ is a smooth and captivating Afro Pop record, which shows that DejHavu still possesses those sweet vocals, compelling song-writing dexterities and a penchant for an infectious chorus. Written in appreciation of the strength and beauty of your leading lady, ‘Lovely’ is sure to strike a beautiful chord, especially among female listeners and male listeners who appreciate a good woman!

Now based in London and signed to Team U Entertainment, Dejhavu is firmly poised to pick up exactly where he left us with ‘Kode’ and continue his steady hourney to the top of African music. It has been four years since his last recorded a song and though a lot has changed i that time, Dejhavu believes that good music will always prevail, and with the release of “Lovely”, he is firmly proving just that.
