Chioma Chukwuka points Nigerians towards Ebola facts

Nollywood actress, Chioma Chukwuka recently spared some time to point her fans, Nigerians and the rest of the world in the right direction on the issue of the deadly Ebola virus.

Many would recall that a few weeks ago, drinking salty water and bathing with same suddenly spread across the Nigerian media space with many wrongly assuming the salt solution was indeed potent.

Facts later emerged to prove that the salt solution had no scientific backing to either prevent or cure Ebola.
it was on this note that the actress chose to point her fans and the rest of the world in the right direction by urging them to seek well researched information rather than dwell on rumours and unconfirmed reports.

“Good morning peeps! Bathing with hot water and Salt is now the cure for Ebola? Is the Ebola virus now Earthworm? Please visit ebolaalert.org.”

Reacting to this, one of her fans, Joan Ikolodo “Diva, I'm sure if people were asked to use their urine to bath they will. Ignorance kills.”
