Usher releases new single 'Believe Me,' announces tour

Usher has released new single "Believe Me" from upcoming album UR.

The 35-year-old singer performed with Nicki Minaj at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, and debuted the track in a Pepsi commercial after the ceremony. Usher also announced the first stops on his UR Experience tour.

UR is Usher's eighth studio album, and a follow-up to 2012's Looking 4 Myself. "Believe Me" is the third single to debut from the new record; "Good Kisser" was released in May, and "She Came to Give It to You" with Nicki Minaj followed in July.
